• मेरी दैनिक दिनचर्या कठिन होने के काफी कारण है लेकिन उन सबका एक साथ एक ब्लॉग में शामिल करना संभव नहीं है। 
• मेरी दैनिक दिनचर्याके कठिन होने के तीन कारण है जो इस प्रकार है:-

• 1. पुलिस विभाग में पुलिस अधिकारी को किसी आपात परिस्थिति में तुरंत पुलिस विभाग में विशेष रूप से कोई मेडिकल सुविधा नहीं है। उदाहरण के लिए रेलवे विभाग के पास रेल विभाग के स्वयं के बड़े बड़े अस्पताल है जहां रेलवे अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों का तत्काल और मुफत इलाज होता है।

• 2. पुलिस विभाग में पुलिस अधिकारियों को बिना बचाव उपकरणों के  जोखिम वाले कार्य में भी नियोजित कर दिया जाता है। उदाहरण के लिए अभी वर्तमान में कोरोना kovid 19 नामक बीमारी अपने चरम पर है और ऐसी स्थिति में भी पुलिस अधिकारियों की ड्यूटी संक्रामक बीमारी अस्पताल में जहां कोरोना पॉजिटिव मरीज भर्ती है वहां बिना किसी बचाव के किट के पुलिस अधिकारियों की ड्यूटी लगा दी जाती है। आदरणीय दोस्तों इसका ताजा उदाहरण मैं स्वयं हु, मेरे को  एक दिन संक्रामक  बीमारी अस्पताल मैं बिना बचाव के उपकरणों के ड्यूटी पर नियोजित करवा दिया गया था और निवेदन करने के बावजूद उपकरण उपलब्ध करवाने की कहकर कोई उपकरण नहीं उपलब्ध करवाएं। इसलिए दोस्तों पुलिस को ऐसे भय रहता है कि क्या पता कब यह बीमारी हमारे लग जाए। इसलिए भी पुलिस अधिकारी मानसिक तनाव में जीते हैं और उनका जीवन बहुत कठिन है। दोस्तों उच्च स्तर के पुलिस अधिकारी और प्रशासनिक अधिकारी संक्रामक बीमारी अस्पताल में पुलिस टीम को जांच करने भी नहीं आते हैं और कभी कभार आते हैं तो दूर से ही देख कर चले जाते हैं । आदरणीय दोस्तों आप यह सोचो पुलिस अधिकारियों का कितना दुर्भाग्य है उच्च स्तरीय अधिकारी जाने से भी डरते हैं वहां पुलिस अधिकारी बिना किसी बचाव उपकरण किट के वहां पर अपनी जान जोखिम में डालकर ड्यूटी करते हैं इसलिए पुलिस का जीवन बहुत कठिन है।

•  मेरी दैनिक दिनचर्या शुरुआत इस प्रकार है कि सर्वप्रथम मैं सुबह 4:00 बजे उठकर सुबह की क्रियाओं से निवृत्त होकर 4 किलोमीटर की दौड़ करके आया और फिर 30 मिनट का विश्राम किया और इसके बाद न्यूट्रीशन  लिया। और इसके बाद प्रणाम योगा और व्यायाम किया तत्पश्चात 15 मिनट का विश्राम कर तैयार होकर नाश्ता किया और खाना पैकिंग करवा कर घर से ड्यूटी हेतु पुलिस थाने के लिए रवाना हुआ।
•  मैं 7:00 बजकर 30 मिनट पर  पुलिस थाने पर पहुंचा और एचएम प्रशासन से मेरी ड्यूटी का पता किया तो h&m  प्रशासन ने बताया की श्रीमान आप की ड्यूटी  ड्यूटी पेट्रोलिंग वाहन में है और आपको सुबह 8:00 बजे से रात्रि 8:00 बजे तक तक पूरे पुलिस थाना इलाका में लगातार गस्त करनी है और अवांछित गतिविधियों को प्रभावी ढंग से रोकना है और अवांछित और लोक डाउन के नियमों का उल्लंघन करने वाले व्यक्तियों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई करनी है और ऐसे दुकानदार जो किसी भी वस्तु को कीमत से ज्यादा मूल्य में बेच रहे हैं उनके खिलाफ कार्रवाई करनी है। इस पर मैं मेरी पुलिस टीम को लेकर पुलिस थाने से पेट्रोलिंग करने के लिए निकल गया और एमपी सर्किल संक्रामक अस्पताल अल्बर्ट हॉल बीस दुकान केसवानी स्कूल चौराहा पर गया  और  सभी गार्डों को को चेक किया तो सभी पुलिस टीमें सतर्क और सही ड्यूटी करती हुई पाई गई रिपोर्ट श्रीमान थाना प्रभारी को दी गई और कंट्रोल रूम को की गई कार्रवाई से अवगत करवाया गया। आदरणीय दोस्तों इसके बाद मैं देखा कि एक व्यक्ति एक टैक्सी में बैठा हुआ है और टैक्सी  को मुख्य मार्ग से साइड में लगा रखा है और टैक्सी में एक  किताब में कुछ लिखता हुआ दिखाई दे रहा है जिस पर मैंने मेरी टीम के कॉन्स्टेबल को उक्त व्यक्ति की स्थिति का जायजा लेने भेजा तो उसने बताया कि श्रीमान यह अंको पर सट्टा  लिख रहा है। इस पर मैंने टैक्सी ड्राइवर को चेक किया तो उसके पास एक नोटबुक थी जिसमें अंको पर सट्टा लगाया हुआ था ऐसे 10 का 50,20 का 100, 50 का150, 30 का 90 आदि लिखा था जिस पर मैंने उक्त व्यक्ति की तलाशी एक कॉन्स्टेबल से लिवाई तो उसके पास ₹20000 मिले और उसको पूछने पर संतोषजनक जवाब नहीं दे पाया। इसके बाद उससे अंको पर सट्टा लगाने और जुआ खेलने बाबत लाइसेंस और परमिशन बात पूछा गया तो नहीं होना बताया जिस पर उक्त व्यक्ति का यह कृत्य धारा 13 आरपीजीओ के अंतर्गत दंडनीय होने पर टैक्सी चालक कों मौके पर ही गिरफ्तार कर 13आरपीजीओ में एफ आई आर दर्ज की गई और मुलजिम को पुलिस जमानत पर रिहा कर दिया गया। इसके बाद पुलिस कंट्रोल रूम से सूचना मिली कि एक व्यक्ति एमआरपी से ज्यादा पैसे में किराना की दुकान से सामान बेच रहा है इस बारे मे मैंने जाकर सूचना की सत्यता की जांच की तो सही पाई गई। इस पर मैंने मूल्य से अधिक वसूलने वाले दुकानदार के खिलाफ नियमानुसार कार्रवाई की और प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों को भी लिखा। इसके पश्चात मैं संक्रामक बीमारी अस्पताल में किसी के बीमार हो जाने पर 4 घंटा ड्यूटी किया और वहां से वापस आने पर एक मुलजिम जिसको न्यायालय में पेश करके आना था ,के बारे में थाना प्रभारी ने बताया कि आप एक मुलजिम को पेश करने ले जाइए।  मैं मेरी पुलिस टीम को लेकर साथ में मुलजिम को लेकर पुलिस थाने से न्यायालय के लिए रवाना हो गए और न्यायालय में मुलजिम को पेश किया गया। न्यायालय ने मुलजिम को सुना व सीडी का अवलोकन किया और अपराधी को जमानत पर रिहा कर दिया। इसके बाद मैं मेरी पुलिस टीम के साथ न्यायालय से रवाना होकर पुलिस थाने पर पहुंचा और एचएम ने कहा श्रीमान चोरी और अपहरण की 5 फाइलों को कल न्यायालय में पेश करना है तो आपने कंप्लीट कर दीजिए। इसके बाद मैंने आने वाले कल को न्यायालय में पेश करने वाली फाइलों को तैयार किया। इसके बाद मेरे को संक्रामक बीमारी अस्पताल में लगे पुलिस जाब्ते मैं से पुलिस अधिकारी प्रभारी के अचानक बीमार हो जाने पर मेरे को थाना से संक्रामक बीमारी अस्पताल में जाना पड़ा और वहां पर 7:00 बजे तक ड्यूटी की उसके बाद हॉस्पिटल का गार्ड मेरे पास आया और कहा कि श्रीमान कोरोना का एक मरीज यहां से फरार हो गया इस पर मैंने मेरी पुलिस टीम के 2 सदस्य हॉस्पिटल पर छोड़कर उस कोरोना पॉजिटिव को जो और ज्यादा बीमारी को फैला सकता था, उसको ढूंढने के लिए प्रयास तेज कर दिए और हॉस्पिटल के दो तीन सदस्य  जो कि इस पेशेंट को पहचान सके वे भी हमारे साथ थे। हमने इधर-उधर भी देखा लेकिन वह नहीं मिला इसके बाद मेरे दिमाग में एक विचार आया कि क्यों न अपने जो सरकार की तरफ से ₹10 में फ्री भोजन मिलता है वहां पर चेक कर ले। इस दौरान मैंने अक्षय कलेवा के समय उस कोरोना पॉजिटिव मरीज को एस एम एस हॉस्पिटल के गेट के सामने से ढूंढ निकाला और उसको संक्रामक बीमारी असपताल में कोई खाना नहीं दे रहा था इसलिए वह s.m.s. गेट के अस्पताल के सामने दुकानों पर आ गया। तत्पश्चात दोस्तों मेरे पास थाना अधिकारी का फोन आया कि आप राजसमंद में जाकर एक पत्रावली में मुलजिम से घटना का नक्शा मौका  सत्यापन  करवा लाओ। इस  पर मैं थाने से बस वाउचर प्राप्त कर बस स्टैंड के लिए रवाना हुआ और मैं और मेरी पुलिस टीम और मुलजिम को अच्छी तरह सावधानी के साथ लेकर बस स्टैंड से राजसमंद के लिए रवाना हो गए , और रात के करीब 10:00 बजे  मैं और मेरी पुलिस टीम मुलजिम को साथ लेकर मुलजिम ने जहां से चोरों की  जेडएलएक्स बोलेरो चोरों को बेचना बताया था ।सत्यता बताइए और घटना की सत्यता बताएं मुलजिम के अनुसार घटनास्थल का नक्शा मौका बनाया गया और खरीदने वाले व्यक्ति का नाम पता और उसकी तलाश की इस प्रकार हमें रात के 11:00 बज गए और बाद नक्शा मौका कार्रवाई मैं और मेरी पुलिस टीम मुलजिम को साथ लेकर  राजसमंद से जयपुर के लिए रवाना हुए और करीब 5:00 बजे पहुंचे और मुलजिम को पुलिस थाने पहुंचकर बंद हवालात करवाया गया और मेरे द्वारा नक्शा मौका की कार्रवाई  को जनरल डायरी में अंकित करवाया गया और इस प्रकार सुबह 5:00 बजे मैं फ्री हुआ अब दोस्तों आप स्वयं सोचिए सुबह 7:30 मिनट  से पुलिस की ड्यूटी शुरू हुई थी और दूसरे दिन सुबह के 5:00 बज गए इसका मतलब यह हुआ कि मैंने 21 घंटे की ड्यूटी पूरी कर दी अब आप दोस्तों इस बात को सोचिए कि जब पुलिस वाले 21 घंटे ड्यूटी करते हैं तो तनाव में नहीं रहेंगे तो क्या वह खुश रहेंगे?

•  मेरी दैनिक दिनचर्या को देखकर दोस्तों आप को समझ आ गया होगा की पुलिस में पुलिस अधिकारी अपने कठिन जीवन के बारे में क्यों बताते हैं क्योंकि दोस्तों 21 घंटे ड्यूटी  और वह भी थका देने वाले सफर के साथ। इस प्रकार पुलिस का जीवन बहुत कठिन है।
