जैसा कि आप सब आदरणीय दोस्तों को पता है कि मैं एक पुलिस अधिकारी हूं और मेरी दैनिक दिनचर्या बहुत कठिन है। इसी के बारे में मैं अपने ब्लॉग में लिखता हूं , यदि आप मेरे बारे में और अधिक जानना चाहते हो और मेरे ब्लॉग को पसंद करते हो तो कृपया मेरे ब्लॉग को नियमित रूप से पढ़ा करिए।
मेरी दैनिक दिनचर्या की प्रकृति : मेरी दैनिक दिनचर्या बहुत कठिन है । मेरी दैनिक दिनचर्या कठिन होने के कई कारण है लेकिन सब कारणों को एक साथ ब्लॉग में शामिल करना संभव नहीं है। इसलिए आज केवल तीन कारण निवेदन कर रहा हूं जो इस प्रकार है।
1. वेतन एक व्यवसाय का व काम अनेक व्यवसाय का :- आदरणीय दोस्तों पुलिस विभाग द्वारा अपने पुलिस अधिकारियों से अनेक प्रकार का काम करवाते हैं और वेतन एक प्रकार के कार्य कर देते हैं , उदाहरण के लिए जैसे पुलिस अधिकारी को अपराधियों को पकड़ना, कानून व्यवस्था बनाए, रखना तकनीकी कार्य जैसे कंप्यूटर पर कार्य करना, टेलीफोन पर कार्य करना, कैमरा पर कार्य करना, ड्रोन से कार्य करना वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग जैसे कार्य करना, जनता से फीडबैक प्राप्त कर उच्च अधिकारियों को प्रेषित करना आदि अनेक प्रकार के कार्य पुलिस से करवाए जाते हैं, लेकिन पुलिस को वेतन एक ही कार्य का दिया जाता है। जैसे लिपिक केवल लिपिकीय कार्य करेगा और अध्यापक केवल शिक्षण कार्य करेगा और ग्राम सेवक कृषि कार्य संबंधी कार्य करेगा। लेकिन पुलिस अधिकारी से सभी प्रकार के कार्य करवाए जाते हैं और वेतन एक ही कार्य का दिया जाता है ,जिससे पुलिस की क्षमता का पूर्ण रूप से उपयोग नहीं हो पाता है और पुलिस अधिकारी किसी एक कार्य को पूर्णतया दक्षता से करने में अपना शत-प्रतिशत नहीं दे पाता है।
2. पुलिस विभाग में पुलिस अधिकारियों के कार्यों की क्षमता और गुणवत्ता को बढ़ाने पर जोर दिया जाता है परंतु पुलिस अधिकारियों की सुविधाओं और विकास के बारे में कोई ध्यान नहीं दिया जाता है। आदरणीय दोस्तों आप सब जानते हो चाहे मशीनरी हीं क्यों ना हो जब तक अपने द्वारा मशीनरी की अच्छी साफ सफाई वह समय पर सर्विस नहीं की जाएगी तो वह मशीन अपनी कार्य क्षमताओं का विकास व गुणवत्ता का विकास नहीं कर पाएगी ,उसी प्रकार पुलिस अधिकारियों को उच्च गुणवत्ता की सुविधाएं और विकास के लिए जरूरत के संसाधन उपलब्ध कराए बिना पुलिस अधिकारियों से कार्य की गुणवत्ता और क्षमता का स्तर उच्चतर स्तर पर ले जाने के बारे में सोचना अनुपयुक्त होगा।
3. पुलिस विभाग में कार्य की प्रकृति के अनुसार पुलिस विभाग में विभाजन का अभाव :- पुलिस विभाग में सभी कार्यों के लिए सभी प्रकार के पुलिस अधिकारी एक साथ सभी कामों को करते हैं जबकि ऐसा उचित नहीं है। यदि पुलिस विभाग यह कार्य क्षमता और गुणवत्ता को बढ़ाना है तो पुलिस विभाग में कार्य की प्रकृति के अनुसार अलग-अलग विंग बनानी चाहिए। उदाहरण के लिए पुलिस विभाग में तकनीकी कार्य करने वाले पुलिस अधिकारियों को अलग से तकनीकी शाखा की विंग बनाकर हमेशा उसी में कार्य करवाना चाहिए ,जिसे तकनीकी शाखा में कार्य करने वाले पुलिस अधिकारी उस क्षेत्र विशेष में अति दक्ष हो जाएंगे और अपने कार्य को और अधिक कुशलता और उच्च गुणवत्ता के साथ कर पाएंगे। जो पुलिस अधिकारी लॉयन ऑर्डर की ड्यूटी करते हैं उन पुलिस अधिकारियों को हमेशा लॉयन ऑर्डर की ड्यूटी में ही पद स्थापित किया जाना चाहिए। जिससे वे पुलिस अधिकारी लॉयन ऑर्डर की ड्यूटी अर्थात कानून व्यवस्था ड्यूटी को बेहतरीन तरीके से करके बेहतरीन परिणाम दे पाएंगे। अनुसंधान कार्य करने वाले पुलिस अधिकारियों की एक अलग विंग बनाई जानी चाहिए जिससे कि अनुसंधान के कार्य को नए आयाम और नई दिशा दी जा सके और अनुसंधान में कार्य करने वाले पुलिस अधिकारी अनुसंधान के कार्य में दक्षता पूर्वक कार्य कर अनुसंधान की गुणवत्ता को बेहतरीन तरीके से निभा सके । इस प्रकार एक पुलिस अधिकारी की दैनिक दिनचर्या बहुत कठिन है।

दैनिक दिनचर्या की शुरुआत
सुबह 4:00 a.m. पर जागकर सुबह की दैनिक क्रियाओं से निवृत्त होकर 3 किलोमीटर की दौड़ पूरी करके आता हूं और उसके बाद 15 मिनट का विश्राम करता हूं तत्पश्चात व्यायाम योगा आदि करता हूं और 20 मिनट का विश्राम करने के बाद न्यूट्रिशन लेता हूं। इसके बाद मैं नहा धोकर तैयार होकर नाश्ता करता हूं और खाना पैकिंग करवा कर घर से 6:00 a.m. पर ड्यूटी हैतू पुलिस नियंत्रण कक्ष के लिए रवाना हुआ। मैं 7:00 a.m. पर पुलिस नियंत्रण कक्ष पर पहुंचा और एचएम से ड्यूटी का पता किया तो बताया कि श्रीमान आपकी ड्यूटी बम डिस्पोजल टीम में है और आपको उच्च न्यायालय, सचिवालय ,बस स्टैंड, रेलवे स्टेशन और संवेदनशील इलाकों में एंटी सबोटाज चेकिंग करनी है। मैंने पूर्ण स्टाफ व उपकरण प्राप्त कर पुलिस नियंत्रण कक्ष से रवाना होकर उच्च न्यायालय पहुंचा व अपने स्टाफ के साथ एचएचएमडी एंटी सबोटाज चेकिंग उपकरण से उच्च न्यायालय परिसर वह मुख्य न्यायाधीश उच्च न्यायालय के चेंबर कार्यालय व आसपास के परिसर को एंटी सबोटाज चेकिंग किया गया वह किसी प्रकार का कोई आयुध या खतरनाक उपकरण ऐसा कुछ भी नहीं पाया गया। इसके बाद हम वहां से रवाना होकर सचिवालय पहुंचे । सचिवालय पहुंचकर सचिवालय के आसपास एंटी सबोटाज चेकिंग की फिर सचिवालय के अंदर परिसर में एंटी सबोटाज चेकिंग की उसके बाद महत्वपूर्ण मंत्रियों के कार्यालय व संवेदनशील स्थानों पर चेकिंग की सब सही पाया गया। कोई किसी प्रकार की खतरे वाली बात नहीं थी । इसके बाद मैं और मेरी पुलिस टीम वहां से रवाना होकर रोडवेज बस स्टैंड पर पहुंचे व बस स्टैंड पर भीड़भाड़ वाले इलाकों में एंटी सबोटाज चेकिंग की यहां पर भी कोई समस्या नहीं पाई गई नहीं कोई संदिग्ध वस्तु पाई गई। इसके बाद बस स्टैंड पर आम जनता से रूबरू हुए और जनता से अपील की गई कि आपको कोई लावारिस वस्तु या संदिग्ध वस्तु मिलती है या दिखाई देती है या कोई ऐसी सूचना है तो आप तुरंत बम डिस्पोजल टीम को सूचना देने की कृपा करें और किसी भी लावारिस व संदिग्ध वस्तु को नहीं छुए। और जनता को संदिग्ध और लावारिस वस्तुएं जो विस्फोट हो सकती है के बारे में जानकारी दी गई। यहां से रवाना होकर हम चांदपोल छोटी चौपड़ बड़ी चौपड़ चौड़ा रास्ता होते हुए एंटी सबोटाज चेकिंग करते हुए अजमेरी गेट पहुंचे और वहां पर महत्वपूर्ण प्रतिष्ठानों और महत्वपूर्ण विभागों व भीड़भाड़ वाले इलाकों में एंटी सबोटाज चेकिंग की वह लोगों को जागरूकता के बारे में समझाया और इस प्रकार इलाके में एंटी सबोटाज चेकिंग करते हुए वापिस पुलिस नियंत्रण कक्ष के लिए रवाना हुए और पुलिस नियंत्रण कक्ष पहुंचकर की गई कार्यवाही की रिपोर्ट से उच्चाधिकारियों को अवगत करवाया गया वह रिपोर्ट पेश की गई।
इसके बाद पुलिस नियंत्रण कक्ष को एक व्यक्ति द्वारा आत्महत्या करने की सूचना मिली। जिस पर संबंधित थाना अधिकारी द्वारा पुलिस नियंत्रण कक्ष से स्कैनिंग टीम की मांग करने पर मेरे नेतृत्व में मैंने एक पुलिस पुलिस टीम घटनास्थल की स्कैनिंगकरने के लिए स्कैनिंग उपकरणों सहित लेकर घटनास्थल सांगानेर के लिए रवाना हुआ और वहां पहुंचकर थानाधिकारी सांगानेर से संपर्क कर आत्महत्या किए गए व्यक्ति व घटनास्थल की अलग-अलग एंगल से स्कैनिंग की गई वा scanning को वापिस चेक किया गया कि कोई त्रुटि तो नहीं आई है परंतु स्कैनिंग पूरी तरह सही हुई थी इसके बाद मैं मेरे पुलिस टीम को लेकर वहां से रवाना हुआ और पुलिस नियंत्रण कक्ष पहुंचा और उच्चाधिकारियों को स्कैनिंग की गई रिपोर्ट सौंपी तो उच्च अधिकारियों ने उक्त रिपोर्ट का अवलोकन किया तो रिपोर्ट सही पाई गई। उच्चाधिकारियोंं द्वारा मेरी पूरी टीम को इसके लिए धन्यवाद दिया और भविष्य में और बेहतर कार्य करने के लिए प्रेरित किया गया।
इसके बाद मेरे और मेरी टीम ने पुलिस फीडबैक कार्यप्रणाली के बारे में जनता की राय लेकर कितने संतुष्ट हुए और कितने असंतुष्ट हुए और पुलिस की कार्यप्रणाली कितने प्रतिशत संतोषजनक गई इस प्रकार आज की फीडबैक रिपोर्ट बनाकर पुलिस के उच्चाधिकारियों को प्रेषित की गई उच्चाधिकारियों ने रिपोर्ट का अवलोकन किया और फीडबैक के आधार पर पुलिस की कार्यप्रणाली की सराहना की और संसाधनों के कमी के बावजूद भी पुलिस के कार्य प्रणाली की गुणवत्ता में निरंतर प्रगति होने पर संतोष जाहिर किया और पूरी पुलिस टीम को धन्यवाद दिया।
इसके बाद पुलिस टीम ने मेरे नेतृत्व में वायरलेस ड्यूटी की और वायरलेस पर श्रीमान पुलिस आयुक्त महोदय के निर्देशानुसार सभी पुलिस उपायुक्त महोदय, अतिरिक्त उपायुक्त महोदय, सहायक पुलिस उपायुक्त महोदय की वर्तमान लोकेशन ली गई व सभी अधिकारियों से से अपने अपने कार्य के पूर्ण होने की रिपोर्ट प्राप्त की गई और सभी अधिकारियोंं की रिपोर्ट एकत्रित कर श्रीमान पुलिस आयुक्त महोदय को निवेदन की गई। श्रीमान पुलिस आयुक्त महोदय ने सभी अधिकारियों से सही तरीके सेे रिपोर्ट पेश करने पर पुलिस टीम का आभार व्यक्त किया और भविष्य में और अधिक लग्न और मेरे से कार्य करने के लिए प्रेरित किया। आदरणीय दोस्तों इस प्रकार आपने देखा कि पुलिस अधिकारियों को कितने प्रकार और और कितनी कठिनता से कार्य करना होता है। इस प्रकार पुलिस की देरी दिनचर्या बहुत कठिन है।
मेरी दैनिक दिनचर्या का निष्कर्ष: - मेरी दैनिक दिनचर्या बहुत कठिन है व बहुत व्यस्त रहती है। और साथ में काम का अत्यधिक दबाव होता है जिस वजह से पुलिस अधिकारी मानसिक तनाव से गुजरते रहते हैं और परिवार व ड्यूटी मैं समन्वय स्थापित नहीं कर पाते हैं और परिणाम स्वरूप साधारण जीवन में मुश्किलों का सामना करते हैं। इस प्रकार मेरी दैनिक दिनचर्या बहुत कठिन है।
मेरी दैनिक दिनचर्या के बारे में राय:- मेरी कठिन देने दिनचर्या के बारे में मेरी यह राय है कि पुलिस अधिकारियों को ड्यूटी का समय और प्रकृति निश्चित की जाए जिससे कि पुलिस अधिकारी अपनी क्षमताओं का 100% दे सके व किसी एक कार्य में पूर्ण दक्षता प्राप्त कर सकें। इससे पुलिस अधिकारी बिना मानसिक तनाव के बेहतर ड्यूटी कर सके और इसका प्रभाव आम जनता में अच्छे व्यवहार व अच्छे समय के साथ ड्यूटी करने के रूप में देखा जा सके।
मेरी दैनिक दिनचर्या का समापन:- मेरी कठिन दैनिक दिनचर्या का समापन इस आशा के साथ होता है कि भविष्य में पुलिस विभाग में एक पुलिस अधिकारी से अनेक कार्य के स्थान पर केवल एक कार्य ही करवाया जाएगा, जिससे पुलिस अधिकारी की क्षमता और दक्षता मैं बेहतरीन गुणवत्ता देखी जाएगी। इसके अलावा पुलिस विभााग में अलग-अलग कार्यों के लिए अलग-अलग विग की स्थापना की जाएगी और अनुसंधान का कार्य और कानून व्यवस्था का कार्य अलग-अलग विग के अधीन होगा। जिससे पुलिस विभागअपने कार्य के प्रति सही तरीके से अपने कार्य को लागू कर सके। इस प्रकार मेरी कठिन दैनिक दिनचर्या का समापन हुआ।
सुरक्षा सलाह :- आदरणीय दोस्तों वर्तमान में ऑनलाइन धोखाधड़ी की घटनाएं बहुत ज्यादा हो रही है और आए दिन हर किसी व्यक्ति को साइबर अपराधियों द्वारा अपना टारगेट बनाया जा रहा है। इसलिए आप सभी आदरणीय दोस्तों से मेरा आग्रह है कि आप अपने मोबाइल नंबर आधार नंबर पैन कार्ड नंबर आदि किसी भी व्यक्ति के साथ शेयर ना करें चाहे वह बैंक कर्मचारी हो या या और कोई आदमी।

But all types of work are done by a police officer and salary is given for a single job, due to which the capacity of the police is not fully utilized and the police officer can do his work in full efficiency in any one hundred percent. Start of daily routine

There was no danger of any kind. After this, the general public came to the bus stand and appealed to the public that if you find or see any unclaimed item or suspicious item or there is any such information, then please be pleased to inform the bomb disposal team immediately and any Unclaimed and did not touch the suspicious item. My entire team was thanked by the higher authorities for this and was motivated to do better in future.
After this, my and my team took public opinion about the police feedback methodology, how satisfied and how dissatisfied and how much percent the functioning of the police was satisfactory, thus making today's feedback report, the high officials sent to the police officers of the report Observed and praised the functioning of the police on the basis of feedback and expressed satisfaction on the continuous progress in the quality of police functioning despite the lack of resources and thanked the entire police team.
After this the police team did wireless duty under my leadership and as per the instructions of Mr. Police Commissioner on wireless, the current location of all the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Assistant Deputy Commissioner of Police was taken and from all the officers to complete their work The report was received and the report of all the officers was collected and requested to Mr. Commissioner of Police. Mr. Police Commissioner thanked the Police team for presenting the report properly to all the officers and motivated them to work more in the future and from me. Conclusion of my daily routine: - My daily routine is very difficult and very busy. And there is a lot of work pressure due to which police officers go through mental stress and are unable to coordinate family and duty and as a result face difficulties in normal life. Thus my daily routine is very difficult.
Opinion about my daily routine: - It is my opinion about my tough giving routine that the time and nature of duty should be fixed to the police officers so that the police officer can give 100% of his abilities and full efficiency in any one task. To get it. This enabled police officers to do better duty without mental stress and its effect could be seen in the general public as doing good behavior and doing duty with good time.
Completion of my daily routine: - My hard daily routine concludes with the hope that in the future a police officer in the police department will be made to do only one task in place of many tasks, so that the ability and efficiency of the police officer is excellent Quality will be seen.
