- 2. पुलिस में जीवन के लिए महत्वपूर्ण कार्य के लिए समय नियत नहीं है। आदरणीय दोस्तों पुलिस विभाग में भोजन और सोने का समय निश्चित नहीं है और ना ही समयावधि निश्चित है की एक पुलिस अधिकारी कितने घंटे नींद लेगा पता नहीं कब आदेश आ जाए कि 12 घंटे की ड्यूटी या 14 घंटे की ड्यूटी करने के बाद भी पुलिस थाने पर ही तैनात कर दिया जाए। प्यारे दोस्तों आप स्वयं इस बात का मूल्यांकन कीजिए किसी भी व्यक्ति की जिंदगी में उसको समय पर भोजन पानी और शरीर को आराम चाहिए। लेकिन पुलिस में इसका समय निश्चित नहीं है। कई बार तो ऐसा भी होता है कि पुलिस अधिकारियों को पूरी ड्यूटी के दौरान भोजन ही नहीं मिलता है। ऐसी स्थिति में पुलिस अधिकारी तनाव से नहीं गुजरेगा तो क्या करेगा? इस वजह से पुलिस अधिकारी का जीवन बहुत कठिन है।

मेरी दैनिक दिनचर्या इस प्रकार से है मैं सर्वप्रथम सुबह जाग कर सुबह की क्रियाओं से निवृत्त होकर 4 किलोमीटर की दौड़ करके आता हूं और उसके बाद 30 मिनट का विश्राम करता हूं और उसके बाद प्राणायाम योगा और व्यायाम करता हूं। उसके बाद 20 मिनट का विश्राम करता हूं। इसके पश्चात
