             आदरणीय दोस्तों आप सबका मेरे ब्लॉग में बहुत-बहुत सुस्वागतम। दोस्तों में पुलिस विभाग में कार्य करता हूं और मेरा प्रतिदिन का जीवन बहुत कठिन है और इसी पर  मैं अपना ब्लॉग लिखता हूं यदि आप मेरे ब्लॉग को पसंद करते हो और मेरे बारे में अधिक जानना चाहते हो तो कृपया मेरे ब्लॉक को नियमित रूप से पढ़ा करिए।

 आदरणीय दोस्तों मैं मेरे ब्लॉग में मेरे कठिन जीवन शैली के बारे में लिखता हूं तो सर्वप्रथम मेरा कर्तव्य है कि मैं आपको निवेदन करूं मेरी जीवन शैली दैनिक दिनचर्या कठिन कैसे है इसके तीन कारण है:-

1. कथनी और करनी में अंतर, उदाहरण के लिए दोस्तों किसी भी पुलिस अधिकारी को उच्च स्तर के पुलिस अधिकारी या प्रशासनिक अधिकारी किसी भी कानून व्यवस्था संबंधी निर्देश   देने के बाद उत्पन्न होने वाली परिस्थिति के लिए स्वयं को अलग कर लेते हैं इसका मतलब यह है की वे इस बात से इनकार कर देते हैं कि मैंने यह आदेश या निर्देश दिए थे वह कहते हैं कि मैंने कोई निर्देश नहीं दिए थे। और पुलिस अधिकारी खिलाफ  निर्देश देने वाले अधिकारी कार्रवाई करने या कार्रवाई करने की सिफारिश करते हैं इससे पुलिस अधिकारी मानसिक तनाव और काम के प्रति उदासीन रवैया अपनाने को मजबूर हो जाते हैं इस वजह से पुलिस अधिकारी का जीवन बहुत कठिन है। क्योंकि दोस्तों इस बिंदु से आप भी समझ गए होंगे कि पुलिस का जीवन कठिन है।

2. आदरणीय दोस्तों पुलिस में रोटेशन के अनुसार ड्यूटी नहीं लगाई जाती है एक व्यक्ति जो बाहर की ड्यूटी आ करता है वह बाहर की ड्यूटी करता रहता है और एक पुलिस अधिकारी जो फील्ड में लगा रहता है वह फील्ड में लगा रहता और काफी अधिकारी जो कभी फील्ड में लगे नहीं है इस प्रकार कुछ पुलिस अधिकारियों में स्वयं को फील्ड पोस्टिंग नहीं देने पर पुलिस विभाग के प्रति नाराजगी होती है और यह कि इस प्रकार की ड्यूटी करके किसी पुलिस अधिकारी को बोरिंग हो  जाता है अर्थात व पुलिस अधिकारी एक ही प्रकार की ड्यूटीया करके उब चुका होता है। उदाहरण के लिए किसी पुलिस अधिकारी की जयपुर महानगर में संक्रामक बीमारी अस्पताल में कोरोना पॉजिटिव मरीजों के साथ लगातार ड्यूटी लगाई जाए तो वह परेशान होगा और मानसिक तनाव और अवसाद में रहेगा और यदि उसकी ड्यूटी रोटेशन के अनुसार चेंज होती रहे तो वह खुश भी रहेगा मानसिक तनाव में नहीं रहेगा और सही ड्यूटी करेगा।

3. आदरणीय दोस्तों पुलिस विभाग में कई नियम काफी पुराने हैं जिनसे भी पुलिस मानसिक तनाव में रहती है और पुलिस का जीवन बहुत कठिन होता है एक पुलिस अधिकारी के लिए अपने जीवन में किन किन मुश्किलों का सामना करना होता है पुलिस से बेहतर कोई नहीं समझ सकता । उदाहरण के लिए दोस्तों जब कोई पुलिस अधिकारी अपने किसी अनुसंधान मामले में किसी आरोपी को गिरफ्तार करके लाता है तो उसका भोजन पानी आदि की व्यवस्था अनुसंधान अधिकारी को करनी होती है हालांकि इसके लिए सरकार ने निर्धारित राशि स्वीकृत कर रखी है। लेकिन आदरणीय दोस्तों आपको यह जानकर हैरानी और  अफसोस होगा कि एक  आरोपी मुलजिम के लिए सरकार की और से ₹12 प्रति प्रती डाइट मिलते हैं। आदरणीय दोस्तों आप सब बेहद समझदार हो आप अपने दिल और दिमाग पर हाथ रख कर सोचिए क्या ₹12 में किसी और  ढाबा  होटल restaurant कहीं भी एक व्यक्ति को खाना नही मिल सकता है। लेकिन पुलिस अधिकारी के पास जो अनुसंधान कर रहा है उसके पास इसका कोई विकल्प नहीं है इस प्रकार पुलिस का दैनिक जीवन बहुत कठिन है।

  आदरणीय दोस्तों आज सुबह मैं 4:00 एम पर जगा और सुबह  कि दैनिक क्रियाओं से निवृत्त होकर 2 किलोमीटर की दौड़ करके आया और 30 मिनट का विश्राम किया और इसके बाद योगा व्यायाम प्राणायाम किया और उसके बाद 20 मिनट का विश्राम किया और फिर कुछ न्यूट्रिशन लिया न्यूट्रीशन लेने के बाद नहा धोकर तैयार हुआ और तैयार होकर नाश्ता किया और उसके बाद खाना पैकिंग करवा कर घर से पुलिस थाने के लिए ड्यूटी हेतु रवाना हुआ। आदरणीय दोस्तों 7:30 पर मैं पुलिस थाने पहुंचा और मेरी ड्यूटी का मालुमात  किया तो hm प्रशासन ने बताया कि श्रीमान  आपकी ड्यूटी नाकाबंदी स्थलों की निगरानी करने की है आज आप के अधीन 6 नाकाबंदी स्थल  है। आपके साथ 10 कांस्टेबल02 महिला कांस्टेबल का जाफता है। आप 6 नाकाबंदी स्थलों का निर्देशन करेंगे और कहीं भी जरूरत होने पर मदद के लिए तत्पर रहेंगे। इस पर और मेरी पुलिस टीम सर्वप्रथम सभी 6 स्थानों के नाकाबंदी  प्वाइंट व उस पर पुलिस  स्टाफ को चेक किया तो सभी उपस्थित मिले और नाकाबंदी स्थलों पर लगे बोर्ड सही स्थान पर पाए गए इसके बाद मैंने सभी नाकाबंदी स्थलों का दौरा कर सभी को आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश और हिदायत देकर नियमानुसार अपनी ड्यूटी करने की हिदायत दी और आवश्यकता होने पर मेरे से संपर्क करने को कहा। इसके बाद सभी नाकाबंदी स्थलों ने नाकाबंदी ड्यूटी शुरू कर दी और अनाधिकृत रूप से आने जाने वाले व्यक्तियों व वाहनों को चेक करना शुरू किया और इस प्रकार चेक करते रहें करीब 12:00 बजे मेरे पास तीसरे नंबर के नाकाबंदी स्थल से नाकाबंदी प्रभारी का फोन आया कि श्रीमान मेरे नाके पर एक व्यक्ति जो एक वाहन में 8 लोगों को बिठा रखा है और किसी के पास मूह पर  मास्क नहीं लगा रखा है और वाहन की अनुमति भी नहीं है ड्राइवर के पास लाइसेंस भी नहीं है और पुलिस टीम से बहस कर रहा है कि मैं मेरी मर्जी का मालिक हूं मैं कुछ भी कर सकता हूं इसलिए आप यहां मौके की स्थिति को संभाल  ले। इस पर मैं और मेरी पुलिस टीम तुरंत वह मौके पर गए और उन लोगों और वाहन को मुख्य सड़क से साइड में लिया और उनको पूछा गया तो कहा कि सर हम तो आज ही आए हैं और जब मास्क के बारे में पूछा गया तो  कहां बीमारी कुछ नहीं है जब व्यक्ति की मौत आती है तो अपने आप मर जाता है और अनुमति के बारे में पूछा तो कहा कि हम तो इसी जिले में निवास करते हैं हमें अनुमति की जरूरत नहीं है और मुझसे और मेरी पुलिस टीम से भी बहस करने लगे। आदरणीय दोस्तों अब आप खुद आकलन कर सकते हो कि लोक डाउन में जहां कोरोना बीमारी अपने चरम पर है और पूरा विश्व इस बीमारी की चपेट में आ रहा है हैं । उनके खिलाफ सख्त से सख्त कार्यवाही करता हूं और इसी क्रम में मैंने उन पांचों व्यक्तियों को गिरफ्तार किया धारा 151 सीआरपीसी में और उनके वाहन को 207 एमवी एक्ट में सीज कर पुलिस थाने पर लाकर दिन ड्यूटी अधिकारी को सुपुर्द कर दिया। उसके बाद दोस्तों मैंने इलाका थाने में पेट्रोलिंग पर निकला करीब 2 घंटे बाद 4:00 बजे  6 नंबर नाकाबंदी स्थल से प्रभारी का फोन आया श्रीमान हमारे  नाकाबंदी स्थल पर एक व्यक्ति आया जिसको रोकने पर गाड़ी को वापस घुमाने लगा तो पीछे से दूसरा वाहन आ गया जिससे वाहन को नहीं घुमा सका और वाहन छोड़कर भाग गया तो आप मौके पर तुरंत पहुंचने की कृपा करें इस पर मैं तुरंत मौके पर पहुंचा और वाहन को साइड में करवाया और वाहन को चेक किया तो वाहन में 500000 की अंग्रेजी शराब रखी हुई थी जिसको नियमानुसार आबकारी अधिनियम में सीज कर कागजी कार्रवाई पूरी कर दिन ड्यूटी अधिकारी को सुपुर्द कर दिया। आदरणीय दोस्तों इसके बाद मेरे पास थाना अधिकारी का फोन आया की कुछ हार्डकोर अपराधी राज्य से बाहर से जयपुर में न्यायालय में पेशी पर आ रहे हैं तो अपने पुलिस थाने इलाके से उनको एस्कॉर्ट करनी है और सुरक्षित अगले पुलिस थाने को सुपुर्द करना है इस पर मैं और मेरी पुलिस टीम हार्डकोर अपराधी को अपने पुलिस थाना इलाके से सुरक्षित निकालकर दूसरे पुलिस थाने को सुपुर्द कर दिया और थाना प्रभारी और कंट्रोल रूम को इससे अवगत करवा दिया। इस प्रकार दोस्तों  मेरे को ड्यूटी करते हुए 6:00 बज गए और समय का पता ही नहीं लग रहा था क्योंकि आदरणीय दोस्तों जब आप और मैं कोई भी कार्य करते हैं तो समय का पता नहीं चलता उदाहरण के लिए परीक्षा के समय किसी विद्यार्थी को 3 घंटे के समय का पता ही नहीं चलता है उसी प्रकार पुलिस भी बहुत बिजी रहती है उसको समय का ख्याल ही नहीं रहता। तत्पश्चात थानाधिकारी का फोन आया कि पुलिस थाने इलाके में कुछ लोग जरूरत मंद  लोगों को भोजन खाद्य सामग्री सुखी और कुछ कपड़े दान करना चाहते हैं तो वहां काफी भीड़ होने की संभावना है तो आप 2 घंटे तक वहां व्यवस्था देखें इस पर मैं और मेरी पुलिस टीम समाज सेवकों के साथ गांधी मोहल्ले में गए और भोजन खाद्य सामग्री और कपड़ों की वितरण व्यवस्था के दौरान पूरी तरह शांति व्यवस्था और उचित सामाजिक दूरी बनवा कर सबको खाद्य सामग्री और कपड़े वितरण व्यवस्था पूरी तरह सुचारू रूप से पूर्ण करवा कर 8:00 बजे पुलिस थाने पर आकर श्रीमान थाना प्रभारी को हालात से अवगत करवा दिया। आदरणीय दोस्तों इसी दौरान पुलिस नियंत्रण कक्ष से सूचना आई कि राजा पार्क चौराहे पर झगड़ा हो रहा है तो वहां तुरंत पहुंचे और की गई कार्रवाई से अवगत करवाएगा इस पर मैं और मेरी पुलिस टीम तुरंत वहां पहुंचे जहां देखा कि भीड़ हो रही थी तो भीड़ को अलग कर देखा कि चार व्यक्ति आपस में झगड़ रहे हैं जो शराब पी रखें जिन को गिरफ्तार कर 60 police act में कार्रवाई कर पुलिस थाने पर लाकर दिन ड्यूटी अधिकारी को सुपुर्द कर दिया और पुलिसनियंत्रण कक्ष को सूचित कर दिया इस प्रकार आप दोस्तों देख रहे होंगे कि पुलिस की ड्यूटी से बाहर आकर लोक डाउन के नियमों का उल्लंघन कर रहे हैं और पावर ब्रेक की गाड़ियों से शराब पीकर गाड़ियां  दौड़ाकर आते हैं और पुलिस को देखकर भगा लेते हैं जो शराब पी रखी है और आने जाने वाले व्यक्तियों को गालियां बकते बड़े शर्म और दुख की बात है कि ऐसे वक्त में भी कुछ असामाजिक तत्व शराब पीकर घरों से बाहर निकलते हैं और बीमारी को बढ़ाने में अपना सहयोग करने से नहीं चूकते हैं  इस पर मैं और मेरी पुलिस टीम 4 नंबर नाकाबंदी पॉइंट पर गए और उन बदमाश व्यक्तियों शराब पीकर वाहन चला रहे थे को समझाया गया लेकिन वह अपनी गलती स्वीकार नहीं कर रहे थे और वह कह रहे थे कि हम तो बाहर निकलेंगे हम कोई घर में थोड़ी कैद रहें ऐसा कह रहे थे और पुलिस टीम के साथ दुर्व्यवहार करते हैं इस पर मैंने और मेरे पुलिस टीम नेव्यक्तियों को एमवी एक्ट की धारा 185 एमवी एक्ट में गिरफ्तार कर पुलिस थाने पर लाकर दिन ड्यूटी  अधिकारी को सुपुर्द कर दिया इसके बाद मेरी ड्यूटी समाप्त हुई।

       आदरणीय दोस्तों मेरी ड्यूटी समाप्त होने के बाद मैंने पुलिस वर्दी चेंज कर नहा धोकर तैयार होकर सिविल कपड़े पहने और 9:00 बज कर 20 मिनट पर पुलिस थाने से घर के लिए रवाना हुआ। अब आदरणीय दोस्तों आप स्वयं बेहद समझदार हो जनता काफी समझदार है लेकिन कुछ असामाजिक तत्वों की वजह से पूरा समाज बदनाम यह होता है। बीमारी कुछ असामाजिक तत्वों वजह से देश में तेजी से फैलती है जो बड़े दुख और दुर्भाग्य की बात है  लेकिन आदरणीय दोस्तों पुलिस को सभी प्रकार के लोगों से व सभी प्रकार की चुनौतियों का सामना पूरे जोश संयम व समझदार के साथ करना होता है और पुलिस का इस प्रकार के लोगों और मुश्किलों का सामना करने का कार्य प्रति दिन का होता है। इसीलिए पुलिस का जीवन बहुत कठिन है। आदरणीय दोस्तों मैं 10:00 बजे घर पर पहुंचा और स्वयं को सैनिटाइजर किया और खाना खाकर अपना ब्लॉग लिखा। इस प्रकार दोस्तों  मेरी आज की दैनिक दिनचर्या का समापन हुआ।
